Food Services Description

Food Services staff help meet the physical needs of guests by preparing and serving hot, fresh, and nutritionally balanced meals. Prior to a meal, they may help with food preparation, and they set up the buffet line. During the mealtimes, they welcome guest with a positive, friendly attitude, making sure the buffet lines stay neat, sanitized, and well-stocked. After a meal, they help clean and sanitize the food serving and dining areas, and wash dishes. Additional work tasks focused on the cleanliness and sanitization of the food preparation and serving areas are added when time is available.

Grounds Description

Grounds crew maintain the beauty of Michindoh’s grounds and facilities. Tasks include mowing, weed whacking, edging, spraying, painting, and other basic landscaping, grounds, and facility maintenance tasks.
